We have an excellent double bill lined up for you with a set each from two quality singer/songwriter duos THE GILLIES & RESTLESS TIDE.
The GILLIES are club favourites, Mark Evans & Susan Turner, an Americana Style Folk duo based in SE London. Their music tells of love, loss, bittersweet and harsh realities, the distinctive sound of their acoustic guitars create an intense lonesome dark musical style delivered with finely blended vocal harmonies.

They’ve played together since Anne-Marie was in her teens & honed their musical rapport during the lockdowns. They have been gaining a growing fan base on the local folk scene for their finely crafted composition & come to us on recommendations from both their friends The Gillies & also Radio Kent Folk’s Doug Welch.
