For the 5th Tuesday in April, we’re delighted to welcome back guitarist & singer Dave ‘Badger’ Stead & friends.
They’re always lively, upbeat, entertaining, and inclusive. Dave runs popular Open-Mic sessions at the Bricklayers Arms in Chipstead, motivating others to join in and fostering a fantastic community spirit with a mix of self penned songs & old favourites.
Open Mic for the first hour. In addition to musicians and singers, it’s open to poets. A PA will be provided for plug-in and play, but there’s no need to use it. Please come early if you would like to do a spot.
Then we take a break & throw the rest of the evening open to Badger & his band.
It’s free entry to OLC members with a £1 charge to others. + a hat collection in CASH for the guests with a £5 suggested minimum contribution.
Please consider giving a bit more if you can afford it, as with a band, the take needs to be split a number of ways.
The premises & OLC’s CAMRA award-winning bar (CARD payments only) will be open from 6.15 pm
