Michaela Pugh is an exciting young talent. She is a multi-instrumentalist with a sumptuous voice who accompanies herself live on guitar and keyboards. Michaela writes fantastic songs in the folk, acoustic, & pop music traditions, mixed in with her own arrangements of popular covers.

In support will be partner & keyboard player Ken Box. Ken is a seasoned musician from Portsmouth who brings with him experience of playing in bands across multiple genres & Jazz studies at Uni. His repertoire includes original pieces & classic covers showcasing his improvisational skills.

The club premises open on the day at 19.00hrs. We start at 19.30 with floorspots for the 1st 45 minutes before bringing on Michaela for the 1st of her two sets.. We’re open to musicians, singers, poets & spoken word. Please come early on the night & flag up your intentions if you’d like to do a turn.

It’s free entry to OLC Members with a £1 charge to others payable at the bar.

There’ll be a hat collection for the guests in CASH with a suggested minimum contribution of £6. Please give a bit more if you can afford it.
