Liz Simcock is not to be missed. She’s one of OLC’s favourite performers & also one of the country’s finest singer-songwriters. Her songs – often autobiographical & highly personal – are immediately accessible to audiences and injected with poetry, emotion & splashes of humour. Liz is an accomplished guitarist & also accompanies herself on bouzouki (when she hasn’t left it on the bus!).

In addition to 2 sets from Liz, the 1st starting at around 8.20 pm, there’ll be a short mid-evening showcase spot from veteran local performer Robin Slater, together with Floorspot, to kick off the proceeding. Contributions from singers, musicians & poets are all welcome. Please arrive early if you’d like to do a turn.

Hat collection in CASH for the guest with a suggested minimum of £6. Please give more if you can afford it.

The CAMRA award-winning bar (CARD payments only) & club premises are open on the day from 5.30 pm. It’s free entry for OLC members & £1 for others payable at the bar.
