“aPopLexy” have a unique sound built around the songwriting talents of ‘Lexy’ Marianne-Rose Tovey (Vocals & keyboards) & David Fowler’s musicianship (Guitars & Sax) Their repertoire draws on a range of influences, including folk, synth-pop, goth & the avant-garde.

In support will be a mid-evening set from popular local duo Jimmy Greeves & Angela McCarron.

Hall Doors Open at 7.30 & we aim to start the gig by 7.40 with floorspots available during the 1st 40 minutes. The PA will be available for plug-and-play. We welcome poets & spoken word acts in addition to musicians & singers.

Payment is by hat collection in CASH, which goes to the guests.

The suggested minimum contribution is £5 per head. Please give a bit more if you can afford it.

It’s free entry for OLC members & £1 for non-members, with the premises & club CAMRA winning bar (CARD PAYMENTS ONLY) open from 7pm.

Real ales & craft ciders are a house speciality. It’s card payments only.
