  District Archaeological Society - is visiting OLC on the evening of Wed 1
 5 Jan to give what promises to be a fascinating illustrated talk on The Ar
 chaeology Of The Orpington Area.\n\nODAS is an active local volunteer arch
 aeology group which undertakes excavations\, carries out research into the
  archaeology and history of the area &amp\; encourages public interest in 
 archaeology.\n\nIt's free entry to the premises for OLC members &amp\; £1
  to non-members who need to pay at the bar &amp\; sign in as guests.\n\nAd
 ditionally\, there'll be a hat collection in cash for the speaker\, with a
  suggested minimum of £5.\n\nThe CAMRA award-winning bar will be open fro
 m 6.15 p.m. It accepts CARD payments only.
