DESCRIPTION:\n\nThree friends who are well-known on the North Kent Music Sc
 ene - Dave Badger\, Russ Kearton &amp\; Michaela Pugh - will be on stage t
 ogether in what promises to be another fascinating and fun evening. They'l
 l take turns to perform their original songs\, discuss their inspirations\
 , and engage in friendly banter.\n\nDAVID JOHN STEAD is leader of The Badg
 er Band showcasing his fine self-penned songs\, which feature on Radio Two
  &amp\; have a good time\, joining-inny anthemic quality to them. He's alw
 ays inclusive so expect a little bit of help from his friends.\n\nRUSS KEA
 RTON\, who is a phenomenal musician\, fronts the Russ Kearton Trio - playi
 ng honest\, soulful\, in-the-pocket blues\, soul\, swing &amp\; funk origi
 nals - will be playing in a stripped-down acoustic mode.\n\nMICHEALA PUGH 
 is a folk/pop singer-songwriter &amp\; multi-instrumentalist\, she is also
  a fine singer and interpreter of songs who is studying Music Therapy at t
 he University of Roehampton.\n\nBetween 7.30 &amp\; 8.15 pm\, we're open t
 o floorspots from singers\, musicians &amp\; poets to start the evening. S
 elf-penned material is welcome but not compulsory.\n\nA cash hat collectio
 n goes to the guests in its entirety. The suggested minimum contribution i
 s £6\, but please give a little more if you can afford it.\n\nThe club pr
 emises and CAMRA award-winning bar will be open on the day from 6.15 pm.\n
