DESCRIPTION:A special evening of original self-penned music.\n\nSCURRAVAGUS
  are a difficult to pigeonhole theatrical pop experience with thoughtful l
 yrics\, strong melodies\, vocal harmonies and rousing choruses. They are p
 rimarily an acoustic outfit but fond of throwing in synthesisers (both win
 d- and keyboard-driven) and the odd dollop of roaring Hammond organ.\n\nIn
  support WAKE feature acoustic driven songs &amp\; tight vocal harmonies.\
 n\nWe start the evening with floorspots\, followed by sets from the featur
 ed artists with a mid-evening break taken at around 9.\n\nIf you'd like to
  perform\, please come early and flag up your intentions on arrival. It's 
 open to poets in addition to singers\, musicians\, and\, of course\, an au
 dience.\nThere'll be PA available with mics &amp\; leads for plugin &amp\;
  play.\n\nA hat collection/door take in CASH goes to the guests\, with a s
 uggested minimum contribution is £8 per head. Please give more if you can
  afford it\, they are first class acts.\n\nThe CAMRA award-winning club ba
 r (CARD Payments only) will be open from 6.15pm.\n\nIt's free entry to OLC
  club members &amp\; £1 to others.\n\n&nbsp\;
