DESCRIPTION:RUMPLED MUSLIN is a highly accomplished and entertaining all-fe
 male trio featuring Alison Frosdick\, Wendy Lanchin\, and Amanda MacLean.\
 n\nThey are residents at Cecil Sharpe House in London and sing mainly in a
  capella style with tight vocal harmonies and thoughtfully worked-out arra
 ngements. Sometimes\, Alison adds musical accompaniment on an Indian harmo
 nium\, tin whistle\, or guitar. Their repertoire consists mainly of tradit
 ional folk songs from the British Isles\, with a few surprises thrown in f
 or good measure.\n\nIn support\, Ian Ripsher\, a fine SE London-based fing
 erstyle guitarist and contemporary folk singer\, will play a 20-minute mid
 -evening spot.\n\nFrom 7.30 pm until 8.15 pm\, we're open to floorspots be
 fore the guests come on for the first of their two sets. Singers\, musicia
 ns\, and poets are all welcome.\n\nA hat collection in CASH goes to the gu
 ests in its entirety. The suggested minimum contribution is £6\, but plea
 se give a little more if you can afford it.\n\nThe club premises and CAMRA
  award-winning bar will be open on the day from 5.30 pm. It's CARD payment
 s only: free entry to OLC members\, £1 to non-members.
