DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe 2026 January First Tues Night at OLC will culminate in 
 a full set from MARK NEWLOVE. The South East London based singer songwrite
 r will treat us to a selection from his big repertoire of lively\, zany &a
 mp\; original self penned songs with inspiration drawn from a bewildering 
 mix of muscal genres including folk\, pop\, rock\, sea shanties\, psychede
 lia\, country\, and more.\n\nIn support will be friends Curtis Savage &amp
 \; Geraldine Ann Ford.\n\nWe start the evening with floorspots for the 1st
  40 min followed by showcase sets of around 25 minutes each from Curtis &a
 mp\; Gel before taking a mid-evening break at around 9.\n\nIf you'd like t
 o perform\, please come early and flag up your intentions on arrival to av
 oid disappointment. We're open to poets in addition to singers\, musicians
 \, and\, of course\, an audience.\n\nThere'll be a PA available with mics 
 &amp\; leads for plugin &amp\; play.\n\nA hat collection in CASH goes to t
 he guests\, with a suggested minimum contribution of £6 per head. Please 
 give more if you can afford it\, they are first class act.\n\nThe CAMRA aw
 ard-winning bar will be open from 6.15 pm. CARD payments only
