DESCRIPTION:Huskies Night is a broad church set up by founding father Dave 
 Silk. Singers\, musicians\, poets\, and spoken word acts are encouraged to
  get up for a floor spot\, either performing solo or benefiting from a fir
 st-class backing band made up of accomplished jazz musicians.Regulars incl
 ude singers JACCI NORRIS and MIEKO KANAI\, Guitarist SIMON GOODWIN\, Piani
 st RICHARD SIMMONS\, Bass player JOHN PEAD\, and percussionist BRYAN BRITT
 ON.Another highlight is a raffle for a can of spam and other super prizes 
 to die for\, with a hat collection in CASH for the musicians\, with a sugg
 ested minimum of £5.The club premises and CAMRA award-winning bar will be
  open from 17.30 hrs. The bar is CARD payment only.It’s free entry to OL
 C/CAMRA members\, £1 to non-members - pay at the bar.
