DESCRIPTION:The June First Tuesday Guest Night at OLC is a double bill with
  sets from Chris Leeds &amp\; Megan-Lily: two outstanding performers who h
 ave wowed club regulars on recent visits to play floorspots.\n\nChris is a
  singer-songwriter who accompanies himself on a home made instrument based
  on the Kenyan Litingu played by plucking the strings while held on his la
 p.\nThe result is blend of contemporary folk\, classical &amp\; world musi
 c with a spiritual dimension &amp\; satiric edge. He is also a multi-instr
 umentalist who plays guitar &amp\; harp &amp\; leads community percussion 
 workshops.\n\nMegan is young performer who plays a mix of self penned song
 s &amp\; covers on guitar\, at times utilising various special effects for
  backing. She has a fine powerful voice &amp\; delivers her songs with ful
 l commitment of intensity\, heart &amp\; soul.\n\nWe start the evening wit
 h floorspots\, followed by sets of around 45 min each from the guests with
  a mid-evening break taken at around 9.\n\nIf you'd like to perform\, plea
 se come early and flag up your intentions on arrival to avoid disappointme
 nt. We're open to poets in addition to singers\, musicians\, and\, of cour
 se\, an audience.\n\nThere'll be PA available with mics &amp\; leads for p
 lugin &amp\; play.\n\nA hat collection in CASH goes to the guests\, with a
  suggested minimum contribution of £6 per head. Please give more if you c
 an afford it\, they are first class acts.\n\nThe club premises &amp\; CAMR
 A award-winning bar will be open on the day from 6.15 pm. - card payments
