 pecial showcasing aPopLexy plus two of our regular acts &amp\; floorspots 
 to start.\n\n"aPopLexy" have a unique sound built around the songwriting t
 alents of 'Lexy' Marianne-Rose Tovey (Vocals &amp\; keyboards) &amp\; Davi
 d Fowler's musicianship (Guitars &amp\; Sax) with Colin Brunton guesting o
 n Cajon Their repertoire draws on a range of influences\, including folk\,
  synth-pop\, goth &amp\; the avant-garde.\n\nThere will be a mid-evening s
 ets from popular local man Jimmy Greeves &amp\; friends. with rutty rhythm
 s &amp\; vocal harmonies plus Edacques with Blues &amp\; Americana from Ro
 ss Jacques &amp\; Johnny be Baade Edwards.\n\nWe kick off at 7.30 with hal
 f an hour of floorspots with a PA available for plug-and-play.\n\nWe welco
 me poets in addition to musicians &amp\; singers.\n\nPayment is by hat col
 lection in CASH\, which goes to the guests.\nThe suggested minimum contrib
 ution is £6 per head. Please give a bit more if you can afford it.\n\nThe
  premises and OLC's CAMRA award-winning bar (card payments only) will be o
 pen from 7pm.\n\nClub/CAMRA members enjoy free entry to the premises\, and
  others pay a £1 charge at the bar.\n\n&nbsp\;
