Twickenham Meet The Brewer/Tap Takeover

Wednesday April 27 @ 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Join us for a special selection of Twickenham beers on the bar, and an opportunity to meet the people involved in brewing the beer.

The bar will be open from 6pm until 11pm, the presentation at approx 8pm.

Our function room will also be available, so there will be plenty of space to spread out.

Available beers:

Twickenham - Wolf Of The Woods

Wolf Of The Woods – 4.7%

Twickenham

Clean, cutting and robust strong bitter. Brewed and dry-hopped using all British hops, an initial biscuity malt character leads to a grassy lemon hop bite. Sink your teeth into a true English ale.

Twickenham - Spring Ale

Spring Ale – 4.4%

Twickenham

Golden hoppy ale with a sweetish edge. Dry hopped with Huell Melon for a fresh fruity nose and taste, with hints of melon and orange.

Twickenham - Red Sky

Red Sky – 4.1%

Twickenham

It takes seven malts to create this glorious beer. A red ale, with beautiful malt blend, enhanced with Southern Hemisphere hops for an addition of light citrus and floral notes.

Twickenham - Honey Dark

Honey Dark – 4.8%

Twickenham

Brewed with dark malts and second fermented with honey, this strong dark beer has chocolate, coffee, caramel and (of course) honey featuring in its aroma and flavour.

Twickenham - Four Grains

Four Grains – 4.5%

Twickenham

Brewed with four malts: barley, wheat, rye and oats, and hopped with Pioneer. This beer has a spicy, almost herbal aroma and a medium moreish body. A hoppy taste with malty underpinnings, and not at all grainy.

Twickenham - Gothick Dark

Gothick Dark – 4.6%

Twickenham

A strong, dark mild brewed using pale crystal and two types of chocolate malt. Full-bodied and malty but with a dryish, chocolatey edge. Inspired by Strawberry Hill House, the ‘Little Gothick Castle’, not so far from the brewery.

Orpington Liberal Club have been awarded Bromley CAMRA’s Club of the Year award for  2022, and will now be entered into the Greater London competition.
To mark the occasion the club will receive a presentation from the branch tonight.

Hope to see you there!
